Choose a strong password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You'll receive a six-digit OTP on your mobile — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Registration is completely free, and no deposit is required to create your account.

No. SVIPGems operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and closed, with balances forfeited. This applies even if you use a different mobile number, email address, or name. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact our support team rather than creating a new one — our team can help you recover access within minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use SVIPGems. Age is verified during the registration process and again at the KYC stage before your first withdrawal. Any account confirmed to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately, with deposits returned and any winnings forfeited. There are no exceptions to this rule.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawals exceed a certain threshold. You will need to upload a clear front and back photo of your Pakistani CNIC. Verification typically completes within a few hours during business hours. You can start playing and depositing immediately after registration — KYC does not block gameplay, only withdrawals until complete.

The minimum deposit on SVIPGems is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by SVIPGems, though your individual bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily transfer limits. All deposits are processed and reflected in PKR — no foreign currency conversion is applied at any point.

First, check whether the payment was actually deducted from your Easypaisa/JazzCash or bank account. If yes, and it still hasn't appeared in SVIPGems after 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 live support team via chat. Share your registered mobile number, the approximate deposit time, and the transaction reference or screenshot from your payment app. Our team will trace the payment and credit it manually if confirmed. Delays beyond 30 minutes are uncommon but can happen during peak banking hours.

SVIPGems does not charge any deposit fees — what you send is what arrives in your PKR balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside SVIPGems's control. For most Pakistani mobile wallets, person-to-merchant transfers are either free or carry a very small fee that is clearly shown on the payment app before you confirm.

The welcome bonus on SVIPGems is credited automatically when your first deposit is confirmed — no bonus code is required unless you have a specific promo code from a campaign, in which case enter it in the Promo Code field on the registration form. No. SVIPGems operates exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, cashback, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no foreign currency option, and SVIPGems does not apply any currency conversion. If you are using a Visa/Mastercard linked to a foreign currency account, your card issuer will convert the amount to PKR at their prevailing exchange rate before it reaches SVIPGems.
Withdrawals 5

Log in, go to the Withdraw section in your account, enter the amount in PKR you wish to withdraw, and select your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. SVIPGems processes withdrawal requests within two to four hours for standard requests. Ensure your KYC is complete before submitting — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount on SVIPGems is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit set by SVIPGems, though very large withdrawals may be processed in instalments for security and banking reasons. Our support team will communicate with you if your withdrawal requires a staged process. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to your verified payment method only.

Most SVIPGems withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within two hours. IBFT bank transfers can take four to six hours, and occasionally up to one business day depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than six hours, contact our live support team with your withdrawal request ID. Common reasons for delays include pending KYC verification, a security review triggered by unusually large withdrawal amounts, or a mismatch between your payment account name and your SVIPGems registered name.

SVIPGems does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Your receiving bank or wallet provider may deduct a small incoming transfer fee, which is standard for some Pakistani banks on IBFT transactions. If you are withdrawing to Easypaisa or JazzCash, incoming payments are generally free. Check your wallet's terms if you're unsure. SVIPGems's policy is to send the full PKR amount you requested — we do not deduct from the amount at our end.

The most common reasons a withdrawal is rejected on SVIPGems: (1) KYC is not yet complete; (2) the name on your payment account does not match your SVIPGems registered name; (3) an active bonus has unmet wagering requirements preventing withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (4) the requested amount exceeds your current verified withdrawable balance; (5) a security flag on the account. In all cases, SVIPGems will notify you with the specific reason. Contact live support for clarification and to resolve the issue quickly.

The minimum stake on most SVIPGems sports markets is Rs 50. This means even with a small deposited balance you can place multiple bets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and odds — high-odds accumulators will generally have lower maximum stakes than single match-winner bets. SVIPGems settles winning bets automatically as soon as the official result is confirmed — typically within minutes of the final wicket, full-time whistle, or match end. Winnings are credited directly to your SVIPGems account balance in PKR immediately on settlement. For major cricket matches, settlement occasionally takes up to 30 minutes if there is a result dispute or official review. Unsettled bets are visible in your bet history under "Pending".

If a match is officially abandoned, cancelled, or interrupted without a result — such as a PSL match called off due to rain — SVIPGems voids all affected bets and refunds the stake in full to your PKR balance, usually within a few hours of the official announcement. Aviator Game 5

Aviator is a crash-style game. Before each round starts, you place a bet in PKR. Once the round begins, a plane takes off and a multiplier climbs — starting from 1× and increasing rapidly. You need to click Cash Out before the plane flies away (i.e., before the multiplier crashes). Your winnings are your stake multiplied by the multiplier at the moment you cash out. If the plane crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet. You can place two simultaneous bets per round with different cash-out targets. See the full Aviator page for more details.

Yes. The Aviator game on SVIPGems uses a provably fair algorithm — each round's crash point is determined by a seed generated before the round begins, and can be verified by any player after the round ends. This means neither SVIPGems nor the game provider can alter the outcome after bets are placed. The crash point in any individual round is genuinely random and independent of previous rounds.

The minimum bet on Aviator at SVIPGems is Rs 20, making it accessible even with a small balance. Maximum stakes depend on your account tier. Auto cash-out is available — you can set a target multiplier (e.g., 2×) and the game will automatically cash out your bet when that multiplier is reached, even if you're not actively watching. Act immediately. Responsible Gaming 4

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Responsible Gaming. From there, choose Self-Exclusion and select a period — minimum six months. The exclusion takes effect within minutes. All marketing stops immediately, your account becomes inaccessible for the full period, and SVIPGems will not attempt to contact you with offers. Your real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends — for any reason. A cooling-off period is a temporary break from SVIPGems — available in durations of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible, no marketing is sent, and you cannot log in. It cannot be cancelled early. Your balance remains safe and the account reopens automatically when the period ends. It's a useful tool if you feel you need a break but don't want the permanence of self-exclusion.
