SVIPGems Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

The following terms are used throughout this document with the meanings assigned below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rules that follow correctly.

To open and use a SVIPGems account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the SVIPGems platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee of SVIPGems, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or banned from SVIPGems under a self-exclusion agreement or enforcement action.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

SVIPGems does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded where legally required, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited. We report confirmed underage gambling attempts to the appropriate authorities.

Each eligible person may hold one SVIPGems account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani CNIC number or passport number, date of birth, and active mobile number.
• Keep your registration information updated at all times. Notify SVIPGems immediately if any details change.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person. SVIPGems will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you directly.
• Notify SVIPGems immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

SVIPGems uses standard CNIC verification for Pakistani players. Full KYC documentation — including a clear photograph of your CNIC front and back, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership — may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching cumulative withdrawal thresholds. Completing KYC is in your interest as it removes delays from future withdrawals.

SVIPGems accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all processed in PKR with no conversion fees:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• JazzCash — mobile wallet and retailer deposits
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfers
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — direct bank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though deposits above Rs 2,00,000 may trigger a verification request. Deposits are reflected in your SVIPGems account balance within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 30 minutes for IBFT transfers.

SVIPGems does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside SVIPGems's control and are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered under your account name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• You must have completed the account verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must meet their stated wagering requirements before the bonus portion is eligible for withdrawal. Your real money balance is always withdrawable separately.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing, meaning their requests are moved to the front of the queue regardless of time or day.
• SVIPGems reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or in cases where the account's activity pattern triggers a security review.

SVIPGems does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated above reflect normal conditions — during peak periods such as PSL final weekends, processing times for non-priority accounts may extend slightly.

SVIPGems offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, plus the specific terms stated at the point of offer on the SVIPGems promotions page:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer is explicitly described as recurring or ongoing.
• SVIPGems's Welcome Bonus is available to first-time depositing players only. Accounts that show patterns of bonus abuse across multiple registrations will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money and are displayed distinctly in your account balance. All bonus-specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn or converted.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on SVIPGems is 15x the bonus amount within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page.
• Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 (evens or better) to count toward wagering requirements. Casino game contributions vary by title and are listed on the promotions page.
• SVIPGems reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already claimed and actively in wagering will continue to their stated expiry under the original terms.
• VIP cashback — from Bronze through Diamond tier — is credited as real money with zero wagering requirements and is immediately withdrawable. This is not a bonus fund — it is a direct cash credit to your real money balance.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on SVIPGems's sports betting markets and in-play betting:

• A bet is confirmed only when SVIPGems issues a bet reference number and the amount is deducted from your account balance. In the event of a system error before confirmation, the bet is considered void.
• SVIPGems reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned within 24 hours.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during live events. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned before a result is determined, SVIPGems follows standard industry void-bet rules — stakes are returned to your account within 24 hours.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per day. These limits are stated in the sports betting section and vary by market type. SVIPGems may apply lower limits to specific markets at its discretion.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20I, ODI and Test — follow ICC standard results. If a result is later altered due to appeals or DLS recalculation by match officials, SVIPGems adjusts settlements accordingly within 48 hours.

SVIPGems is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated decision-making software to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting discrepancies between SVIPGems's odds and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Continuing to place bets or collect winnings after becoming aware of a technical fault, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally losing chips or funds to another player in a structured way for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.

SVIPGems uses active pattern detection software to monitor for irregular betting behaviour. Where violations are confirmed, SVIPGems reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and retain balances pending investigation. SVIPGems's decisions on fair play matters are final pending formal dispute.

The SVIPGems VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership and tier progression are subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier status is determined by cumulative wagering activity within each calendar month. Tier thresholds are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated by SVIPGems with 14 days' notice.
• Cashback percentages range from 5% (Bronze) to 20% (Diamond) and are calculated on net losses within each weekly cycle. Cashback is credited every Monday as real money with zero wagering requirements.
• VIP tiers are reviewed monthly. Players who do not meet the minimum wagering threshold to maintain their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the following month. SVIPGems sends advance notice before any tier reduction.
• Diamond tier members receive a dedicated personal account manager reachable via WhatsApp. This service is available to verified Diamond members only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Exclusive VIP tournaments, reload bonuses, and special event promotions are offered at SVIPGems's discretion to eligible tier members. SVIPGems reserves the right to adjust VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

SVIPGems collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. In summary:

• SVIPGems collects your name, CNIC or passport details, contact information, and payment method details for the purpose of account operation, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• SVIPGems may share your data with licensed payment processors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where legally required to do so.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held by SVIPGems and to request corrections to inaccurate information by contacting support.

SVIPGems takes problem gambling seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity responsibly. The following tools are available to all account holders directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being reduced.
• Session Time Reminder: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a specified minimum period of 6 months, exclude yourself from the SVIPGems platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its full duration and any remaining balance will be returned after the exclusion period begins.

SVIPGems reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct including bonus abuse, collusion, or match manipulation.
• Chargebacks initiated against SVIPGems by the player or a third party making a deposit on their behalf.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be charged a Rs 200/month maintenance fee after this period. Players will receive written notice before any fee is applied.
• Upon player request through the self-exclusion or account closure process.

In the case of closure due to a violation, SVIPGems will retain balances pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, any remaining real money balance is returned to the player's verified payment method within 7 business days of the investigation concluding.

You may close your SVIPGems account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVIPGems's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• SVIPGems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults where reasonable steps to remedy the fault were taken promptly.
• SVIPGems is not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow responsible gaming guidelines, including losses sustained as a result of gambling beyond your means.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, SVIPGems reserves the right to reclaim the difference from your account balance. You will be notified within 48 hours if such a correction is made.
• SVIPGems does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may temporarily affect service availability. SVIPGems will aim to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms limits SVIPGems's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

SVIPGems may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable laws, or industry standards. When material changes are made, SVIPGems will:

• Post a notice on the SVIPGems homepage for at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
• Send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number with a summary of the key changes.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of SVIPGems after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Doing so will result in your real money balance being returned to your verified payment method.
